Phase 7: Operator Certification & Verification Exam
Goal: To validate the Operator's technical and operational mastery of the OBAOL Supreme ecosystem. This is the final step before live panel access is granted.
7.1 The "Rules of the Game" (Ethics & Protocol)
Before taking the technical exam, every Operator must agree to the OBAOL Operator Mandate:
- Zero-Bypass Policy: I will never take a trade "offline" to bypass the 6-Phase Pipeline.
- Verification First: I will never trigger a Logistics Subflow (Phase 05) until the Counterparty Verification (Phase 04) is 100% green.
- Data Integrity: I understand that in OBAOL, "The Data is the Commodity." I will ensure every weight-bridge slip and certificate uploaded is authentic.
7.2 The Technical Assessment (Sample Questions)
Section A: Platform Logic
Q1: A buyer from the Marketplace asks for a price on 2,000 MT of Wheat. What is your first action?
- A) Send the current market price immediately.
- B) Trigger the Intent Filter (Phase 01) to verify their technical specs and port requirements.
- C) Call a transporter to check freight rates.
- Correct Answer: B. In bulk trade, we filter for specific intent before discussing price to avoid "Price-Checkers."
Q2: You found a supplier for 500 MT of Turmeric through a cold call (outside OBAOL). How do you manage this in the system?
- A) You can't; OBAOL only works for internal leads.
- B) Create an External Order in the Execution Panel to use OBAOL’s tracking and subflow features.
- Correct Answer: B. OBAOL is an Execution OS for both internal and external deals.
Section B: Subflow Management
Q3: When should you trigger the "Logistics Bidding War"?
- A) As soon as the inquiry comes in.
- B) Only after Phase 04 (Physical Stock Audit) is completed.
- C) After the goods have been loaded.
- Correct Answer: B. We only bid for transport once we are 100% sure the stock exists and is verified.
Q4: How do you verify the stock level of a warehouse you have never visited?
- A) Trust the Warehouse Manager's phone call.
- B) Check the Live Inventory Feature on your panel, which is updated by the on-ground Associate.
- Correct Answer: B. Digital tracking replaces manual trust.
Section C: The Inquiry Chain
Q5: A supplier confirms they have 1,000 MT of Maize. What are the next two questions you ask to build an "Inquiry Chain"?
- Expected Answer: 1. "Who is handling your Packaging, and can we move that to our subflow for better tracking?" 2. "Do you need Warehouse space (Oyo model) for your next harvest cycle?"
7.3 Practical Simulation (The "Final Boss" Task)
To pass Phase 7, the trainee must complete a "Mock Order" on the sandbox panel:
- Task: Create a dummy order for 100 MT of Rice.
- Action: Onboard a "Mock Associate" (Transporter).
- Action: Upload a "Sample Quality Report" to the Sampling Feature.
- Action: Successfully move the order from Phase 01 to Phase 06 without the system flagging a "Data Gap."
❓ Phase 7: Q&A (Quality Assurance)
Q: What happens if I fail the exam? A: You must revisit Phase 3 (Platform Mastery) and Phase 4 (AI/MCP). OBAOL is a high-stakes environment; we only allow Operators who demonstrate "Systems Thinking."
Q: Is there a fee for the certification? A: No. OBAOL is free to use. We invest in your training because your successful execution drives the ecosystem’s reputation.
Q: How often is the certification updated? A: Every 6 months, as we release new AI Agent capabilities or MCP updates.
Congratulations! You have completed the full OBAOL Supreme Operator Masterclass.
