Phase 13: Hidden Infrastructure & Jio Mobility

Phase 13: Technical Architecture & The "Hidden System" Maintenance

Goal: To understand the background infrastructure of the OBAOL Supreme ecosystem. This phase is for the "Power Operator" who needs to understand how the platform’s technical layers (MCP, Web-to-App sync, and Panel Roles) interact to prevent system failures during high-volume trades.

13.1 The Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) System

OBAOL Supreme is a Multi-Tenant Environment. Every participant sees a different version of the same trade based on their specific utility.

  • The Operator Panel (The Master View): * Full visibility of all subflows.
    • Authority to "Greenlight" milestones.
    • Access to the MCP Command Line for data analysis.
  • The Associate Panels (The Worker Views): * Transporter: Sees only pickup/drop-off points and the "Upload Lorry Receipt" button.
    • Warehouse Manager: Sees only the "Inward/Outward Inventory" log and "Oyo Booking" status.
    • Packaging Unit: Sees only the "Branding Specs" and "Dispatch Tracker."
  • The User/Buyer Panel (The Progress View): * Sees the high-level 6-Phase Pipeline progress bar.
    • Access to the Sample Request Feature and "Pay Now" triggers.

13.2 Web-to-Jio Mobility Sync

Since many on-ground associates (Truck drivers/Warehouse workers) use Jio devices, the Operator must manage the "Data Latency" gap.

  1. Low-Bandwidth Optimization: The Associate Panels are optimized for 4G/5G mobile use.
  2. Offline Verification: If an associate is in a "Dark Zone" (no signal), they can take the Phase 04 Audit Photos. The system will auto-sync and timestamp them the moment they hit a network.
  3. Operator Action: If a subflow is "Offline," use the Manual Ping Feature on your panel to alert the associate via SMS to sync their data.

13.3 System Governance: The "Audit Trail" Law

In bulk trade, "If it isn't logged, it didn't happen." The system maintains an immutable record of:

  • Log 01: Every price change in the Live Marketplace.
  • Log 02: Every message sent between Operator and Buyer.
  • Log 03: Every document uploaded to the Main Order Vault.
  • Why it matters: This data is used by the MCP (AI) to calculate your Trust Score. A broken audit trail reduces your ranking and blocks you from Phase 12 (Export) trades.

13.4 The "Zero-Pressure" Operating Logic

The system is designed to remove "Operator Stress" through automation:

  • Auto-Invoicing: Once the Quality Subflow and Logistics Subflow are marked "Complete," the system generates the final commercial invoice.
  • Bidding Auto-Close: You set a timer (e.g., 2 hours). The Logistics Bidding closes automatically, and the system highlights the top 3 bids for your final click.

❓ Phase 13: Q&A (Quality Assurance)

Q: What happens if the website goes down during a live trade? A: OBAOL runs on a redundant cloud architecture. Even if the front-end marketplace is down for maintenance, the Execution Panels and MCP APIs remain active to ensure active trades are never stalled.

Q: Can I change an Associate's Role after onboarding them? A: No. Roles are fixed to ensure data security. If a Transporter also wants to provide Packaging, they must register a separate Associate Sub-Panel for that specific subflow.

Q: How do I know if the "Inventory Feature" is accurate? A: The system cross-references the Warehouse Inventory with the Logistics Outward Slips. If 500 MT was inwarded but 520 MT is outwarded, the system flags a "Data Discrepancy" and locks the trade.

Phase 13 is complete. You now understand the skeletal structure of the platform.
