Phase 6: The Operator’s Practical Toolkit & Subflow Checklists
Goal: Provide the exact checklists and "Command center" steps for managing the website's modular features. An Operator must ensure every subflow is synced to the Main Order.
6.1 The "Main Order" Command Center
In OBAOL Supreme, the Main Order is the "Parent." Every other activity (Logistics, Packaging, Sampling) is a "Child" process.
- Step 1: Order Initialization: When an inquiry converts, move it to the Execution Panel.
- Step 2: Subflow Triggering: Don't do the work yourself. Assign the Packaging Subflow and Procurement Subflow to your onboarded Associates.
- Step 3: The Bidding Trigger: Activate the Logistics Bidding Feature.
- Operator Action: Monitor the bids. Select the transporter who has the best "On-Time Delivery" rating on the platform.
6.2 The "Oyo" Warehouse & Inventory Checklist
Since you are managing bulk trade, physical storage is your biggest bottleneck. Use the Warehouse Rental Feature as follows:
- Search & Secure: Find a warehouse near the procurement hub using the website's map/list.
- Inventory Sync: Once the stock arrives, the Warehouse Associate updates the Inventory Feature.
- Live Monitoring: You (the Operator) check the "Live Inventory" dashboard to verify that the 500 MT of Maize has actually been "Inwarded."
- Release Protocol: Stock only leaves the warehouse when the Payment Milestone in the Main Order turns green.
6.3 The Sampling & Importer "Intelligence" Flow
Before a $1M trade, there is always a sample.
- Sample Request Feature:
- Buyer clicks "Request Sample" on the Marketplace.
- Operator receives a notification.
- Operator triggers the Procurement Subflow to pick 1kg from the verified bulk lot.
- Tracking ID is uploaded; system alerts the buyer.
- The Importer Platform Strategy:
- Daily Routine: Check the "Port Arrivals" list.
- Action: If you see "Non-Basmati Rice" arrivals dropping at Mundra Port, call your "Inquiry Chain" (Phase 2) and inform them that local prices are about to spike. This is how you get an inquiry by offering value.
6.4 The "Digital Agro Trader" Daily Routine (The Dashboard Habit)
To be successful, an Operator follows this 30-minute morning routine on the panel:
| Time | Action | Website Feature used |
|---|---|---|
| 09:00 | Update Market Prices | Live Marketplace / Marketing Platform |
| 09:10 | Check Subflow Alerts | Execution Panel (Logistics/Packaging) |
| 09:20 | Review Port Data | Importer Platform |
| 09:30 | Follow up on Samples | Sample Management Feature |
❓ Phase 6: Q&A (Quality Assurance)
Q: What if an Associate (Transporter) doesn't update their Subflow? A: The Main Order will show a "Stalled" status. As the Operator, you must call the Associate. If they repeatedly fail to update the digital track, you should remove them from your "Bidding" pool for future trades.
Q: Can I manage an "External Order" (from outside the site) using the Warehouse feature? A: Yes. You can rent the warehouse and manage the inventory through OBAOL even if the buyer was found offline. This ensures your offline trades have the same professional tracking as your online ones.
Q: How do I know which "Subflow" to trigger first? A: Always start with Procurement & Sampling. Once the quality is verified and the sample is approved, trigger Logistics & Packaging to prepare for movement.
